Both they and the 2009 have been drinking great since I got them, so I have no regrets drinking them when I did. I have one left of each so will drink them soon. Have you had the 2009 lately?

The 2009 may be in a weird stage right now. Better to hold onto it for a little, I think.

I bought 6-bottles of the 2008 Congruence Cab from Steve a few years ago for like $35/bottle…one of the best QPR deals for a Cali Cab I have ever had. Just a really well made Cab, everything in balance, and I remember thinking that this wine could compete with Cabs costing 3x as much easily. I also bought some of the 2009, I have a few of those left and I am taking my time with them…
