Every year, on the anniversary of the launch of Wine Berserkers, January 27th, the forum hosts BerserkerDay - this year with 120 winemakers and friends offering new wines and old favorites and other good stuff too. This year was the 13th BerserkerDay and feels like it was even more successful than last year!

BerserkerDay is powered by this amazing Berserker community and the opportunity to access tremendous deals and one-time offers. It really is the “Black Friday of Wine,” and a great way for us to support these small businesses. We want to make sure it just keeps getting Berserker!

Done . I do think that for the number of bottles purchased question, one option should have been zero (not just 12 or less). I bought no wine .

We definitely will Larry - last year we had hundreds of responses and then shared a full report. It was so helpful an let us share best practices with the sellers we buddied up with so their offers matched what Berserkers want to see.

In case anyone else hits this - I got stuck in an endless loop, where clicking "Next" just took me back to the same page over and over. What fixed it was clicking "Back", then "Next" again.

Minor bug. The percentage buys on Berserker day vs. preview day won't take 50% as an answer for both. I ended up going 60/40 which is close enough.

It would be cool if there were some sort of “loyalty” offer. Maybe participants could get a raffle ticket for each offer purchase, or a “punch” on a loyalty card adding up to access to a special offer. This is probably a logistical nightmare but it sounds like fun and it would probably add to the craziness, which I am all about.

Fixed. Added a zero option. (This means the data might not get accepted to Nature, but I’ll have to live with that.)

I really liked the charitable component of this BD. I hope we can find a way to incorporate it again in the future as with the raffle.

Also, it would be cool to see offerings across multiple producers (e.g., pinots from WV), perhaps as auction items. I know that's likely hard to pull together, but would have a draw for people that want a survey of a region as opposed to diving into a single producer. Not sure if this has been done in the past.

Interesting idea to do as an auction item. I know there have been discussions of how comple it can be to legally ship multiple brands.
