I have thought exactly the same thing, both for the wines and the labels. Drinking his bretty Orange Sanguine rosé was a total ”wtf?” moment.
Love Charles. Not tried this. It was released a couple of years ago.
(We sell his wines in Bordeaux, super popular).
I wouldn’t say I’m a fan of many “orange wines”, but I do love Champagne, and would be happy to try one or two bottles from most growers.
