    Twenty-plus years from release, and it’s still unfolding its mysteries. Tonight’s bottle has a coconut cream element, along with apple and peach fruit. It’s balanced, presenting all its facets in equal measure. There’s a wisdom here, where all things are in their proper place.

This was one of the few 01s that was underwhelming in its youth, but it has really blossomed.
