Tring to e mail my wife's Cellartracker list to me (see post)

I just created an account for my wife on Cellartracker. I tried printing her list of wines, and when I sent it to myself, it was my list from my account that was transmitted?? Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Suggestions for e mailing?

I’m doing this logged on to her account from her iPad, and from her e mail address, not mine.

Shot in the dark, but maybe you are running the Restaurant style wine list and however you’re trying to email, you’re just sending the URL, not the completed report. The URL just says “run this report” so would reflect whoever is logged in. Try printing to pdf and sending the resulting file.

I logged in to her account on my laptop and was easily able to print the report. Thanks everyone.

Yes, printed wine lists are only for your the account you are logged into. Please note that you can also each enable account sharing to make it easy to impersonate the other user.
