In the mouth, concentrated and pure, with a burst of flavor rarely found in any wine, even more rarely found in rose Champagne. Cherry and strawberry fruit mingles with a light floral and citrus note, along with yeasty peaks before racy acidity steals the show. The finish ends long and pure, with a delectable sour cherry note. A

I agree. I enjoyed this Champagne a lot when I tried it and was pleased to find I could even afford it.

Yeah, I can find this locally for $65 … that’s a serious amount to spend on a wine, and it is worth every bit of it, if you ask me. This is just great stuff.
