What else do you keep in your cellar besides wine and other beverages?

I’ll kick things off:

Several bushels of citrus from Florida purchased from my son’s string ensemble as a fund-raiser that needed to be refrigerated. We don’t have 4 or 5 cubic feet available in our ‘fridge but the boxes stack nicely in the cellar.

The more unusual the better! In-laws? Pets? Bait? Reliquaries? &c?

Chocolate
Olive oils

Homebrewing equipment, batches of beer in process, overflow “cold cellar” goods such as apples, winter squash, potatoes, and citrus, cheese (I have used the cellar as a short-term cheese cave), Christmas presents, and there is a custom box spring for an antique bed that had no better home when we decommissioned the bed from current use.

Cheers,
fred

Beer and chocolate. We’ve had a debate about fruits/onions/potatoes/mushrooms but I’m against it and we’re short on space anyway
