2006 Zepaltas Pinot Noir Suacci - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (8/15/2009)
This wine has really developed over time. While I really liked the younger version I think I appreciate what the wine is turning into. Nice red fruit with an herbal spicy complexity. The tannins have turned to silk. Incredible silky mouthfeel still framed by enough acidity to give real clarity and brightness to the flavor. (94 pts.)
