Hello folks,
I’m a wine guy who accumulates some bourbon, single malt and other spirits every year. Some are collectible/hard to come by (Talkin’ to you, George T. Stagg) and some are just good drinking.
What’s the best way to store these long term? (years, not months). I assume cooler is better, drier is worser.
Bottles vertical or lying down?
Kept cool in a wine cellar ~ 55F , 40=50% humidity? Or basement closet at room temps, ~ 70F?
