TNR: Estrella Damm Inedit By Ferran Adrià

Anybody had it yet? Costco have at least 100 cases of it for around $8 a 750 mL bottle.

Comes across mostly like a Belgian style Wit, but has some Saison-ish crispness. We’ve been having trouble getting the label approved in Virginia for some stupid reason, but I managed to sample it once. Absolutely worth $8, especially as a warm weather beer. Great food beer with fish or lighter dishes that have lemon and herb influences.

Grassy-ass Matthew. Sounds right up my alley for summer time consumption.

Any time you think Muscadet, Chablis, or light bodied Spanish white, throw this in.
