I am new to Wine Home made … I need your help, I want to make sure
Do I need check OG Hydrometer before sugar or after I add sugar ? and FG Hydrometer
Do I need check FG after I add Yeast before I put it in Carboy ?

My terminology is rusty. If OG is original gravity and FG final gravity and the intent is to determine both alcohol content and that fermentation is complete then you take OG after adding any sugar. Your final gravity would be measured in any number of places depending on approach. But if approach is to ferment dry in primary then transfer to carbon, then yes take FG at this point.
