If you have not yet solved your questions, there are ‘authenticators’, whom we have had the pleasure of hiring and they are well known.
if you do some basic research on the internet you will find the resume and contact of several people from New York,
California and Bordeaux are the ‘fine wine authenticators’ I know of and have worked with.
The DRC are common bottles so the various ‘experts’ will have no problem helping you.
