2003 Napa Cabernets

Any thoughts on how these should be drinking right now? We just received several cases of a $100 + cabernet, limited production (250-350 cases annually) and am wondering how it should be drinking. WS rated that year 85 points in Napa and this particular wine and vintage I can’t find a rating on other than CT, which gave it 93 pts avg.

Thanks guys

Well, 93 points may mean something other than 93 points. Look on Wine Talk threads.

If I have several cases of it. I’d Open one and judge for myself

This Cellars Rats section is for discussion with in-the-business winery and vineyard workers. Wine Talk is the area where you’ll get more eyes and a much better response to a topic like this.

You should also name the wine. '03 isn’t a bad vintage. Vintage charts are near meaningless and don’t reflect on an individual wine.

It’s the Husic Dos Palmas Estate cab for those wondering. Just posted in wine talk also to see if anyone there has thoughts. I figured those ITB would have a quicker response time lol.
