Electric Ebulliometer

does anyone here have working knowledge of the electric ebulliometer? I’d like to bring ethanol in house for analysis, but don’t want to deal with the fumes from a traditional ebulliometer, as I don’t have a hood to do it under. I’m also not inclined to ask for 20-30k for an acolyzer. I only deal with 150 lots throughout the year, and need alcohol for potential alc tests during harvest, finished wine, and new blend analysis throughout the rest of the year.

We have the camp stove type. I don’t mind that smell at all. Tom Leaf from Dogpatch might be selling his electric ebull.
