Here we have the signature dish of the famous restaurant Babbo in NY. Perfectly for winter time as it is such a cozy dish. It will warm your soul, promised.
Note: the spicy Calabrian sausage Nduja I bought via Amazon in a glass.

Soon as i’m done with this low carb diet, i’m on that. Looks wonderful and relatively easy.
I make a very similar version of this dish that I finish with a topping of roasted breadcrumbs, grated cheese and pignoli nuts
Does it come with a side of Sexual Harassment?

Reads like an easy and enjoyable dish, however, the finale pic looks quite unappetizing. I guess that’s why the food professional photographers goose it up with various techniques (and not the genuine finished dish).
YES…that´s true.
Next time I will add no pasta cooking water. In addition add an extra broccoli pesto shortly before serving. So the green of the broccoli is more visible hopefully. I will find out next time.
Just for the record, I haven´t published a lot of recipes at this board because I was not convinced of the taste. But here we have a recipe which taste great, but looks not good.
