Was thinking perhaps some pan-roasted BSCB, asparagus and a cream/brandy pan sauce with the M/T blended in? Would pasta be better?

You can ad a touch to the chicken, and then more to the noodles and have an overlapping taste theme.
Go with a Rhone grape for wine pairing.
ugh. Make a whole roast chicken with skin and bones. Deglaze the drippings and add the mushroom. truffle stuff. life is too short. sauteed spinach and roast potatoes.
