Ingredient help - Urbani Mushroom/Truffle

Picked up a couple of those small cans of Urbani Mushroom/Truffle last night. What suggestions do you have for usage?

Was thinking perhaps some pan-roasted BSCB, asparagus and a cream/brandy pan sauce with the M/T blended in? Would pasta be better?

I like it for an easy pasta. The BCBS sounds delicious, but the brandy might overpower the truffle flavors.

Adapt a chicken Strogonoff recipe and finish with the Urbani stuff.

You can ad a touch to the chicken, and then more to the noodles and have an overlapping taste theme.

Go with a Rhone grape for wine pairing.

ugh. Make a whole roast chicken with skin and bones. Deglaze the drippings and add the mushroom. truffle stuff. life is too short. sauteed spinach and roast potatoes.
