PIZETTE

I love these mini-pizzas, easy to make and even easier to eat. You don’t have to be a pizza expert and you could also use a rolling ping which is totally forbidden to use for a classic pizza dough. The inspiration comes from an article by Nigel Slater in the GUARDIAN last year. I used the guanciale topping idea from him and added also my favorite pizza topping, zucchini&fresh goat cheese.
