PIDE/LAHMACUN

Here comes the turkish version of Pizza. Its based on minced beef and/or lamb meat. I made some little variation of the form, but the filling is traditional.

P.S. When I made this Pide/Lahmacun in august, I made 4-5 pieces for the freezer. Tonight I picked one from the freezer and put it in the oven. DELICIOUS
