Amuse Bouche ideas

All, formal dinner coming up and I want to serve a sexy but simple amuse bouche. Preferably something that can be mostly prepped pre dinner. Presentation is important! Any ideas?

An oyster on the 1/2 shell with 1-2 slivers of nice firm uni and a dollop of caviar on top. No need for sauces, scallions, creme fraiche or anything else, just a small fork, and rest the shell in some pink or other colored rock salt on a small plate. It tastes like the ocean has invaded your mouth in a good way and goes awesome with a few sips of champs if that’s what you’er serving.

I like filling Belgian endive with various things like crab salad, smoked trout spread and capers, and/or aioli, walnuts, and grapes.

Here you go. Simple to make. Can be made ahead and ready to go. Great with Champagne to start.

Smoked Salmon Blinis, always popular. Maybe some caviar to really stand out.
