I looked on Amazon at digital glass top versions and they all seemed about the same (22 lb capacity, etc). I do not put too much faith in the user ratings. Anybody have a preference or recommendation. Thanks.
I’ve had an Escali for many years. The most used appliance in my kitchen. Highly recommended.
Very happy with Blumenthal Precision. Main scale goes up to 10Kg, in 1g increments, secondary scale goes to 200g in 0.1g increments. Had to order from Amazon UK (a few years ago) not sure who might sell in the US.
Oxo (a number of publications like Cook’s Illustrated recommend it). I’ve had one for years. The digital panel also pulls out so you can read it when using a large bowl.
