MAC&CHEESE

I had some leftover of cheese, bread and bacon, so I made this classic dish (for the first time!). Inspired by a video from Jamie Oliver. I have to admit that my algorithm on youtube is in favor of videos by Liverpool football games and food. haha

Next time I will only use Comté cheese and also only Guanciale, much better.

Chris Lilly’s is my go-to recipe for Mac and Cheese, and it’s a huge hit when I have to bring a dish to party. I added some Benton’s smoked bacon at the end and it’s even better.

Super easy to throw in the oven (top) or on the grill (bottom).

Those look delicious. Here’s our usual Thanksgiving choice.

My wife usually uses a combination of Gruyere, Fontina, and sharp cheddar. I like it better than Gruyere alone. And we usually pair it with Gruner.
