East Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs on Gas Grill recipe ??

Anybody have one to share? Or a link to one?
Will try internet as well.

I have only done them on the bge; can you hold the temperature of your gas grill well?

Yes . It’s a 3 burner Weber and I can do indirect.

On the bge I did 250 indirect for 2 hours, 2 hours indirect at 250 wrapped in foil, then took off the foil and did 1 more hour indirect. They turned out great. I used only used Santa Maria spices and a little olive oil and basted lightly with bbq sauce 5 min before pulling off the grill.

I usually do three hours and then check. Often I pull them at that point as I don’t like them dried out.

For a gas grill, you might want to get a smoker box to get a little smoke on them. I’ve never used one before but I just picked one up for less than $10 to take to the rental house this year to smoke a brisket on a gas grill. Or at least try.

Thanks all. I have a smoker box that I used to use on my Weber kettle (which is no longer with me).
