Summer is back!

Here comes a lovely dish for the upcoming hot days. It’s an classic at Casa Zwick and I made it again tonight at the countryside.


Ingredients

1/4 or 1/2 cold water melon (high quality)
150g fresh goat cheese
1-2 limes
olive oil
hot Pimenton de la vera (from Spain)
Nana mint leaves


Preparation

  1. Chopp the watermelon in slices.

  2. Put the slices of watermelon on a plate, add pieces of goat cheese. Drizzle with lime juice. Drizzle with olive oil. On top add a touch of hot Pimento de la vera and finally some mint leaves. ENJOY
