Scott, I suggest that you start a “Chive Flower Wine Pairing of the Week” thread !
I’ve read you should just toss them in a salad.
They are nice in a quick pickle as garnish.
They don’t taste good when they flower do they? Always more bitter. Just asking.
I’m late to this thread as nothing is flowering right now, but when my chive flowers were abundant, I made a sourdough bread with them. It was subtle, but delicious.
