Now is the time of the year to eat less, drink less and be more focused on veggie dishes. Here comes a tasty veggie dish which last several days or feed a big family. If possible use fresh spinach, as it makes really a difference to the frozen ones. Maybe it is different in the USA, but here in Germany fresh spinach taste much better.
