My rye at home always has caraway, because. Hi an wouldn’t know a good rye if it but it in the ass (New York, too)

My current favorite rye bread is the onion rye from Rockland Bakery. Unfortunately their seeded rye isn’t quite as good.

Agreed. Stage makes great small onion rolls too. One of the last delis with a bread basket with homemade variety.
