Btw, love his use of Bay seasoning. I had a BF many years ago who lived on Chesapeake Bay part time and who put bay seasoning on everything. I started using it on all cooked meats and do to this day … steak, burger, grilled chicken … grilled swordfish too. I miss it if I run out. Nice to see it used here and also referenced as a NY corner store secret spice!
