got mine. First meal not anything special. Just grilled, a loin.

Just skimming this, so maybe there is an explanation. They claim on their website that the lamb fat has a low melting point of 28-35C. Yet, normal lamb body temperature is 38.5-40C. How are those reconciled?

Agreed. I’ve tried various cuts.

I’ll stick with Elysian Fields. Local to PA and as good as (almost) any I’ve had.

found this lamb on line. $225 for 2 frenched racks. Seems about 4 times what I’d pay. Is there somewhere else to buy it?

I buy at good prices from a local distributor when they offer on special, but they don’t ship. I’ve never looked for it elsewhere so I’m afraid I have no suggestions.

I just ordered some Te Mana lamb to be delivered, 1 bone in leg and a couple of racks $94 NZD delivered. Aged for 21 days and tastes great.

never heard of it. Ordered racks. Thanks.

ordered it last night and delivered before noon. Crazy. Will eat soon.

Thats good service, what are you serving with it?

low carb still so likely a marinade then grill, salad and pea pods.

Yum…

had it tonight. Amazing lamb. Amazing. Ordered more after dinner.

Doh, now I feel like I need to order more, I have a pork rack to cook tonight from their Apple Tree pig Farm.
