TAGLIATA di MANZO

We have a lot of aragula/rocket in the garden. It’s time for this Italian summer classic.


Ingredients

500g Flanksteak, grilled +sliced
200g rocket/aragula
500g tomatoes
100g Parmesan, shaved
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp Aceto Balsamico aged
9 tbsp olive oil


Preparation

  1. Clean the rocket and put in a salad bowl

  1. Shave the Parmesan with a truffle slicer or vegetable slicer

  1. Add halved tomatoes to the rocket

4. Add lemon juice, Aceto Balsamico and olive oil. Combine everything.

5. Put salad to the dish and Parmesan shavings on top

6. Finally add slices of grilled Flanksteak on top. Add some black pepper and Maldon sea salt flakes. ENJOY
