Ibiza in Chappaqua: highly recommended.

This is becoming one of my favorite go to restaurants. Yesterday a friend and I met for dinner, and were treated to some of the best food I have had in a couple of years.

Small tapa dishes are the way to go; deep flavored small portions with incredibly fresh seafood. We usually put ourselves in the hands of Ignacio the chef, and let him rip.

Yesterday the ceviche was so good we had a second. Stuffed Piquillo peppers were another highlight, as was the sea bass. The white anchovies may have been the best dish, the empanadas were ok perhaps the only less than stellar dish there, and still it was delicious.

For those like me who go to restaurants where they cook something that I can’t do at home, this place cannot be recommended highly enough.
