Yquem pairing suggestions

I am interested in putting together an entire meal to pair with a 3 liter bottle of '90 Yquem. I’m looking primarily for ideas for savory dishes/entrees. I plan on a foie gras course, a cheese course, and a dessert course. I’d love any suggestions that anyone has.

I did a full meal with my wine group years ago, not all Yquem, but all sweet. I’ll see if I can dig up the menu.
