PUMPKINSEED OIL

In the last weeks I made several dishes with Austrian pumpkinseed oil, such good. I recommend to add 2-3 tbsp to your regular green salad or as a final touch drizzle 1tbsp over your potato salad at the table. It really gives a new dimension to your salads. Here is maybe a good source for the oil:

Here my classic south-german potato salad with vinegar&oil&broth:

I really enjoy using Reisetbauer Pumpkin Seed oil - I use it for making a really great fall vinaigrette for salads - and have recently tried it with Brussel Sprouts that was really delicious. It’s a really great ingredient that isn’t widely well known around my area.

Probably not well known because it’s only available at Tewksbury. Do you have a different source.

We use the pumpkin seed oil from Wisconsin https://www.hayriver.net/

Tastes great on… ice cream! Really!

To be honest I got a bottle from the store I buy other Reisetbauer product- I happened to meet their rep at the store one day.
I would assume that any store that carried their product can order it.
