SALSICCE all‘UVA

Such simple, such good. As always the Italians know what taste good. Here we have pork sausages with grapes. I bought Salsiccia pork sausages with rosemary, the classic version with fennel was sold out, from Siena. In addition sweet seedless grapes from Italy. Have a baquette/white bread and spoon ready the sauce is utterly delicious.


Ingredients

4 Italian pork sausages Salsiccia
400-500g grapes
200-300ml red wine
1-2 tbsp olive oil


Preparation

  1. Heat grapes with red wine on medium heat for 10min. Also add olive oil.

  1. Meanwhile prick the sausages with a toothpick a few times

  1. After 10min add the sausages to the grapes. Reduce the heat to low and add a lid. Cook for 20min.

  1. Have a good baquette/white bread and spoon ready. ENJOY
