Veleta Olive Oil and products. Fantastico!!

Discovered this here. The Olive Oil is as good as anything on the market for the price. The Ventrasca is yummy. I have a bunch of other things to try. Cudos to Nola Palomar for putting together such a quality line of products. The 2021 EVOO is very good and the three bottles will probably be gone way to soon. I am hooked!!

Yup. Outstanding stuff from Nola.

+1
EVOO, Jerez vinegar, fish tins, paprika & saffron. All top notch. I have gifted out the Olive oil and vinegar to a number of folks

I read “Velveeta olive oil and products” and threw up in my mouth a little.

A terrific olive oil. The best to me for cooking and everyday use.

3 bottles?
I bought 18 bottles last January and I’m down to the last two on my shelf now.

Lol ditto.
I’m panicking a little.

I’m down to 3/4 of a bottle and trying to hold out until BDay.

I love the white tuna with chopped scallions and just a drop of mayonnaise.

And of course the sardines and mackerel.

The Tuna on a Triscuit with sone Manchego? flirtysmile

The mackerel is my favorite.

Followed by Flannery, right?
and William and Mary

Has anyone tried corto? I’m looking into getting olive oils dispensed out of a box for better freshness.

Big +1 here! I am addicted to the fried mussels. And the olive oil, oh my, it is my house oil. I go through about 12/year.

Everything is fantastic.

I never liked mackerel until I tried the Veleta.

The tinned fishes are the best I’ve ever had, and I am not fluffing you. They are real, and they are spectacular.

BD is gonna be a Veleta day for me!

I could not agree more.

I thought I did not like mackerel until I discovered Nola’s products.

Perfect.
