Porcini and Porcini

Flanken short ribs 1/2 inch thick ( from Flannery). Marinaded in Balsamic, olive oil, honey, red onions, and a dash of pineapple juice. Out of the marinade, dryed off and dusted in a dryed porcini, pepper, sugar and salt mixture that was put in a spice blender. Don’t over salt!! Put on a hot grill about 5 minutes per side. And a little porcini risotto, carnaroli rice, using a nice homemade chicken broth. A green salad with pear pecans and blue cheese, and a 16 Vietti Castiglione. Pretty decent meal
