Wondering if anyone has recommendations for food around the South shore? It doesn’t have to be fancy or fine dining (though could be); anything from pizza to upscale…I’m just looking for decent food in an area that in my past exerience has kind of lacked it.
There’s really not a lot there. There is absolutely nothing good in the casinos. Best option is Evan’s (http://www.evanstahoe.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Or if you can get to North Shore… there are some better options there.
I always thought the Sage Room steakhouse in Harvey’s was consistently very good to excellent.
For good pizza try the Lake Tahoe Pizza Co. on Rt 50.
