FYI they ship it overnight on ice. I got mine early this week with a 104 heat index and it was still very cold.

Rest assured we can ship whenever you’d like but we also ship in insulated packaging within insulated packaging with ice packs overnight and we have a third party logistics center that makes sure the caviar gets to you in perfect shape.
