So, I’ll get this started and offer our 2006 Syrah, “Bacon fat”, Kimberly’s one barrel selection.
I’ll offer it at $30 each, three bottle max. This wine is not for sale to the public.

The ‘bacon fat’ is no exaggeration for the Cabot virgins out there. A very good Syrah with a very conspicuous aroma of the heavenly meat.
