Any suggestions on which wineries could accommodate us for a private/semi private tasting?

Tablas can.

Linne Calado can

Saxum could but rarely does.

Epoch would be a stretch but might be able.

Daou could.

Denner could if they wanted to.

Some in tin city could if they wanted to use their barrel room.

Alta Colina could.

In tin city it’d be easy to break up in 4 groups of 5, and rotate reservations. Lots of wineries in walking distance

Dauo-big enough, great view, indoor and outdoor options. The wine is pretty good but not great IMHO. With that said I would go back again on my next visit to Paso.
