We have some spots open for the annual white truffle & nebbiolo dinner. This year we won’t be serving any Barolo (!) - most of the wines will be from Alto Piemonte, with a few Barbarescos thrown in for good measure. All wines are from Jim’s cellar and have great provenance.
Dinner is at Oliveto in Rockridge. Friday Nov 16, 7:30pm.
Oliveto imports their white truffles directly from Piedmont, and the menu is really simple - we usually end up getting Piemonte pastas that let the truffles shine.
Wine cost = $150 / person. Dinner cost is split equally and should be roughly the same.
