We will be at our traditional tailgate location between G2 and G5 in the priority parking area. I will have a 2011 Donnhoff Felsenberg Spat, a 2003 Turley Grist Mill Zin, and a 2012 Viberti Barolo. Chicken in two presentations. Spice marinade with home grown hot red peppers. Sweet and tangy marinade with molasses and tamarind. Home make papaya BBQ sauce. Grilled shrimp with an Indian Masala Rub. And then there is what the other people are bringing, but my BIL has promised smoked short rib sliders and my nephew always brings charcuterie.
