Where to buy wine in the OC?

I am doing a CA road trip with my partner this summer as part of a celebration. We’re going to open jaw SNA to SFO, staying at places along the coast. We’d love to buy a few bottles of wine before we head out (we’ll bring a cooler). Ideally, 1-2 of the bottles would be great champagne. Where should I go to buy wine in the OC? Thanks!
