We will be in Paris for a few days next month. We are staying in the 3rd (Haut Marais) area. If you have any recommendations of lunch/dinner restaurants, we would appreciate them. We are looking for more small, bistro like places. We are not interested in the big name €200 per person places. Fresh food, decent wine, comfortable atmosphere, and hopefully available without a 2 hour wait would be perfect. We like food of all kinds so ethnic restaurants are welcome.

None of which should cost more tha €100/person for dinner. Most are less; many are much less.
Breizh Cafe in the 3rd. The very well known Bretagne creperie. They take reservation requests online now (thankfully).
Les Bouquinistes in the 6th, not far from the Marais at all. This is a Guy Savoy restaurant, so it is a big name, but the prices are quite reasonable for the quality.
Bistrot Victoires in the 1st. A classic, honest bistro.
