Will we be able to go to France, Italy, Germany, etc.?

MSN I am hoping to go to Burgundy next year. We will see.

Next year should be fine. This fall may not.

Ugh. We’ve signed one of our sons up (and paid) for a school trip in Spain, France and Italy this next April. Don’t like to hear this, hopefully the threats resolve by then.

Think this belongs in the travel forum where there is already an ongoing thread about European travel this year.

Considering France created the health pass for tourists just a couple of weeks ago, I would think they won’t follow this new voluntary EU guideline.

One can certainly hope.

We leave for Italy this Saturday. New requirement is a vaccine and a negative antigen test within 72 hours of arrival.

Just got back from France and my wife’s pass sanitaire never came through so we had to go to a pharmacy every 3 days for a QR code. Besides the nasal swab, pretty painless and we felt more comfortable dining out there than here.

Why do we need 2 topics on the identical subject ? This topic should be closed or merged with the “Traveling to Europe …” topic. If that can’t be done, post your experiences in that topic and let this one die.
