Vegas during COVID

Any updates on what is open and good these days in and around the strip? I haven’t been in almost 3 years and might be traveling for work. No particular cuisine, just looking for great experiences.

Everything is open; mask enforcement indoors is very strict. Retail shopping is sort of annoying because they are typically doing 1:1 service so there may be lines.

A friend was just there for the Morrissey concert. From her pics and videos mask enforcement looks like a joke.

Not sure where the concert was. In the casinos mask enforcement was very strict.

Thanks. Any insight on which restaurants are Worth checking out?

Lotus of Siam (off strip) still has a very deep riesling list at fair prices (used to be incredible prices, now it’s just fair-to-good prices).

Depends what you’re looking for; I’m partial to steakhouses in Vegas, also always enjoy bouchon.

Pre-COVID we enjoyed E by Jose Andres and had an incredible meal at L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon. I’ve been getting menu update emails from E and I see photos posted from a week ago at L’Atelier so you should be good to go on both.

thanks all. same as you michael, i’ve gone steak most times so I’m more inexperienced otherwise.

The original Lotus on Sahara is again closed; can’t get enough workers to operated the place. The one east of the Strip on Flamingo is open.

Take a look at Partage (French) and Sparrow/Wolf west of the Strip a few miles on Spring Mtn Rd.

+1 on Partage for the modern French.

It’s not in the Strip, but in a strip-mall in Chinatown. But worth the cab ride from where we stayed at in the strip back in March.
