The red selection is rather arbitrary. Bordeaux Blends and Syrah could easily be substituted.

Sangiovese
Nebbiolo
Pinot Noir
Bordeaux Blend/Cabernet

Chardonnay
Riesling
Chenin Blanc
Tough call on the 4th but I’ll go with Sauv Blanc

Tempranillo
Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Sauvignon

Whites
Riesling
Grüner Veltliner
Chardonnay
Sauvignon Blanc

Update. Not much change in the reds.

In the whites Chardonnay catches and just overtakes Riesling.

A very good point. I guess I don’t think of Sherry in general as being “white wine”.

You left out Tempranillo from that big heavy Spanish bottle you liked so much.

These are probably in the proper order:

Reds:
Pinot Noir
Grenache
Sangiovese
Zinfandel

Whites:
Gewurztraminer
Viognier
Chardonnay
Sauvignon Blanc
