Ageing Bourbon in bottle...

I don’t drink a lot of bourbon, so not much experience with old bottles. With decades old Scotch, they were often not made the same way back then as today, probably a casualty of the increased popularity. Old Lagavulin or Ardberg isn’t the same as what you buy, today, but I think little of the change is from bottle aging. I think long-term bottle aging does have an effect, though.

I agree with you . I think it will change , if it’s not opened, good stay , old is better than new.
