I sent an email to order on Friday morning and got an email and a call from Joe Davis on Friday afternoon, was able to call him back later to finalize my order. They’re probably just backed up but should be able to get back to everyone soon, I’d imagine.

Still no confirmation/feedback. Not sure what’s happening here.

Me neither. I just assume they are busy or traveling.

did you guys email joe or joelle? Try emailing joelle, she’s pretty responsive.

I emailed Joelle and so far no response. Once I got a message that there is a problem with their email server(?)
Edited: talked to Joelle. They had an email ‘server’ down and many emails arrived at once. They are sorting all orders. I hope that by the time my email arrives there would still be bottles available .

Haven’t heard anything, but looking forward to trying our first Arcadian! (Ordered twice, with one email to Joelle, and one to Joe)

My charge just hit (I have alerts set up). Looking forward to it!

re: cc, since I ordered via e-mail I didn’t include my CC, but rather provided my phone# as a means to get my CC info (similar to other offers). Guess I need to call them.

Received an email from Joelle today.

Joe called. All good.

Got my email as well.

I didn’t receive an invoice but my CC was charged - $189.90. Was this $35.90 to ship 4 bottles?
Did others have similar shipping fees?
I live in Minnesota.

Charge was same for me (IL).
