Just about everything has a place in my cellar. Switchback Ridge or Angelus… Kosta Browne or Nicolas Potel… There’s a wine for every meal and every mood.
Me, but I think you already knew that. Leaning towards the latter category, but I have some of the former style.
I lean more towards the likes of the afwe crowd, but I do occasionally want something big and obvious. As others have said, I think some of those wines are balanced and some are not. I want balance more than anything. Still, sometimes I can enjoy and even appreciate a slutty wine.
