Those were the good old days - house prices included. I guess it is due to the Must Have factor for DRC/Rousseay/and houses. 
RC and Domaine Leroy were pricey in LCBO and SAQ during those days - for example at around One for 3 to 4, or 5. But if I remembered right… Rousseau were about the same as others.
I still have the LCBO classic category back in the early 1990s …when the 1994 LT stayed on the category for a 2 to 3 years. They needed to do a fire-sale to unload.
